Ordering & Fufillment
Our ordering and fullfillment is a multi-step process. Outlined below is the steps that need to be taken to order your product, pay online, and receive your shipment:

Step 1 - Browse Our Online Catalog - we offer over 3,000 stone tool products and accessories. When you find the products that you want, press "Add to Cart". When you done, press "Checkout".

Step 2 - Setup Your Account - the very first time you shop with us, we will prompt you to setup your account information. This is name, address, email and userid & password. Setting up an account will make it faster and easier for you to order again.

Step 3 - Welcome Email - after you have setup your new account information, we will send you an email with userid and password information. Please keep this handy, but don't worry...if you loose your userid and password, we can generate another one for you.

Step 4 - Checkout - when you are ready to checkout, we will prompt you for delivery information. This is the name and address of the person receiving the products. You will also be advised of our payment process, and be given the option of sending a personal note about your order.

Step 5 - Order Confirmation Email - after you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation detailing the products you ordered and where they will be shipped. This email will contain a subtotal.

Step 6 - Payment Email- after your order is processed, you will recieved a payment email from us that will include your tax (if any) and shipping and handling costs. We do our best to keep our online catalog up to date, but from time to time, there will be price changes. If any of the products you ordered have had a price change, you will be notified of that at this time. This email will also contain a link to our Online Payment Center, where you can pay for your products online.

Step 7 - Online Payment - you can pay for your order online at our Online Payment Center. Be sure to have your order number handy. That will help us better serve you.

Step 8 - Payment Confirmation - after your payment has been received, you will receive a payment confirmation email from us that will detail your shipping information and give you an estimated arrival date.
